FITCO manufactures NBR, FKM, FFKM, EPDM, HNBR and Silicone O-rings and cords to AS568, ISO 3601 and BS 4518 standards — manufactured in India, exported worldwide to oil & gas, packaging, pumps & valves and industrial manufacturers.
Type the chemical or fluid your seal will contact — we'll tell you which material to specify.
This is our compression moulding press in operation at our Mohali facility. Each production run is logged against a batch record showing the product (O-Ring), material (NBR 70 in this run), exact dimensions (ID 25.00 × CS 2.50mm) and a batch number traceable back to the raw rubber compound. The tray in the foreground holds freshly demoulded O-Rings before inspection and packing.

In-house tooling library covering the most common AS568, Metric and JIS sizes — no new tooling cost for most standard orders.
We mix our own NBR, FKM, EPDM and Silicone compounds on-site, giving us direct control over hardness, cure system and material traceability.
Every production batch is logged with product, material, size, batch number and production date — supporting ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 traceability requirements.
