EPDM Rubber O-Rings has good resistance to ozone ageing and weathering, water and steam, Dilute acid, alkalies ketones, alcohol, fire retardent hydraulic fluids and hydraulic brakes fluids, this elastomer must not come in contact with mineral oils and greases.

Chemical properties

EPDM Rubber O-Rings display resistance to aliphatic phosphate-ester hydraulic fluids, acids, alkalis, salt solutions, alcohols, glycols and silicone oils.Often used with steam raising plant. EPDM Rubber O-Rings must not be used with mineral oils or di-ester based lubricants.
